Return Guidelines

  • Flash sales and website orders can be returned for an exchange or store credit if post marked within 14 days of receiving your order. If your order was shipped free, $6 will be deducted from your credit so that we can continue to offer free shipping and low prices.
  • Worn, washed, and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date at
  • Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense. You have the option to apply return shipping costs on your credit card or Paypal or have the item(s) sent back in a future purchase.
  • We hold unacceptable returns for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

How To Make A Return

  1. Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines.
  2. Ship the item(s) back any way you want! Address returns to Pulse Fashion, 744 Spirit of St. Louis Blvd., Unit J, Chesterfield, MO 63005
  • Shoe returns: Shoes must be shipped back in the original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping. Damaged shoes or boxes will not be accepted.
  • Place the completed form and return in a package, then mail it to us!

* Returns are processed at our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will email your online code (for store credit) once your return is processed. 

How To Make An Exchange

1. Purchase the item you want to exchange with from our website if it is in stock.
2. Ship the item(s) you don't want back to us any way you want! Address returns to Pulse 744 Spirit of St.Louis Blvd. Unit J, Chesterfield, MO 63005

  • Place the completed form in the box and return in a package, then mail it to us!

3. We will refund the remaining balance (minus the $6.00 shipping fee) to your original method of payment.

Cancelled Order

  • Canceled orders will receive store credit only unless item is out of stock or canceled by our vendor.
