We strive to ship back orders and pre orders items out during the expected ship dates, but please be aware ships dates can change unexpectedly, and we will do our best to keep you updated if any change occurs. Most Pre ordered items are offered at exclusive discounted prices, so you will be charged at the time of purchase so we can maintain low prices and free shipping. Once your order is placed, price will not change on order.

Has My Order Shipped?

How Do I Change Quantities or Cancel an Item in My Order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
 
How Do I Track My Order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
 
My Order Never Arrived.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
 
An Item is Missing From My Shipment.

When Will My Order Ship?
You may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. In stock orders ship with 24-48 hours of being placed, you will receive confirmation emails when the status of your order changes.
 
How Flash Sales Work
Very simple, comment sold, size and your email address if it’s your first time purchasing with us. If you do not feel comfortable leaving your email address you can pre register here and then just comment sold with size. Then check you inbox for your invoice to complete your purchase within 12 hours. If you do not see your invoice check your junk mail or contact us at support@pulsesfashion.com. What’s your flash sale return policy:
All items are exchangeable for a different item, size or store/online credit. Please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order if you would like to make a return. All items must be in its original condition. If item is marked final sale, it may not be returned for any reason.
